How much is shipping?
Local deliveries? We’ve got you covered with SingPost at a flat rate of $2.60 for tracked letterbox postage, or choose our doorstep courier service for just $5. Smooth sailing all the way!
For international orders, we use SingPost with the following rates:

Malaysia and Brunei: $7.86

Asia & the Pacific (excluding Australia, Japan & NZ): $10.15

Australia, Japan, NZ & the rest of the world: $12.85

Will I have to pay for customs and duties?
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated based on the value of your purchase and the destination country. These costs are 100% the buyer's responsibility, as they vary according to each country's regulations and policies. Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these fees for you since they depend on local laws and customs procedures. For more detailed information, please check with your local customs office to get an estimate of any additional charges that may apply to your order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally! The only exceptions are Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, and Syria due to import restrictions in these countries.
How long will my parcel take to reach me?

Return & Exchange Policy
What is your returns policy?
Sorry to hear this wasn’t quite right. We can only process returns if there was a mistake with your order. If that’s the case, let us know within 7 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Please remember, refunds and store credits don’t apply to sale or promotional items.
Do you offer refunds?
Just a quick heads-up—we don’t usually do refunds, but if something’s not right, we’ll absolutely work with you to make it better! Since everything’s handmade with love, we’re confident you’ll adore it, but in the rare case something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
What if I received a damaged item, I'm missing an item or I received an incorrect item?
We hope you don’t face any issues, but if you do (our apologies ahead of time), reach out to us promptly via email or Instagram, and we’ll get it resolved for you! Please note that all our products are handmade, so slight variations in measurements and differences in logo, bows, rosettes, and fabric placements are natural and not considered as damaged or defective. We appreciate your understanding!
